About Us

Individuals with autism are susceptible to numerous health issues stemming from a self-imposed, very limited diet, a lack of participation in preventative care, and challenges with engaging in physical activity.  

We understand a loved one with autism can’t access health care because of behavioral limitations.  We understand the social isolation one feels when their loved one won’t eat certain foods at a birthday party or struggles with enjoying a leisurely stroll around the neighborhood. We understand simple things to many are often large hurdles for families with autism.   

We use evidence-based practices to help individuals with autism participate in physical wellness and social/emotional wellness.  We want our clients to be connected to their families. We want our clients to feel great in their own bodies.

Our mission is to promote overall wellness for everyone, regardless of their abilities.  We practice with integrity and compassion. We care deeply and passionately about individuals with autism.
